Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley isn't very open about her parents. However she credits her grandfather for being the person who gave her the motivation to work out. His grandfather was an active bodybuilder when he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming when she was just of four, and she has maintained throughout the past 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley participated in many different contests. She did not dedicate herself enough because she was not willing to stick to strict diet guidelines so that her body would function at its best. She was somewhat popular during her high school years mostly due to her gorgeous physique and attractive looks but it is not known if she has dated anyone at this point in her life. Ashley did not decide to go to school after graduation and instead focused on her model career in fitness. Ashley discovered that she didn't like the appearance of her body when she was fifteen. Inspired by her grandfather, she decided to join the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather and began gradually. What she did not know was that she was going to spend the next nine years building her physique and slowly becoming an fitness celebrity. Ashley was inspired by her victory and competed in into the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and felt compelled to train to be better. Ashley returned to the 2015 WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. Once this competition ended, Ashley made the decision to not to participate. While she competed, she received offers to do photography shoots. She didn't mix up her career and declined. However, now that she has quit competing Ashley has decided to turn into a fitness model. Following her appearance on the front of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was then able to launch her model career in fitness as soon after signing with a modeling agency. Her career as a model has taken off since then. Models have been seen in bikinis with famous clothing companies, and posed on the cover of popular magazines.
